Salvation messages By Apostle Joshua Selman, You don’t go to the cross with your family and friends. With just you and Jesus on the journey, it is lonesome. He takes away everything you’ve relied on from you so that you can learn to rely solely on Him. All of us have been positionally crucified with Christ, but those who hunger for Him experience this reality more deeply. They are led to the cross by Jesus as He holds their hands tenderly. Even though no one wants to go there, doing so is the only way to receive God’s best for our lives.
You don’t go to the cross with your family and friends. With only you and Jesus, it’s a solitary journey. He takes away everything you’ve relied on from you so that you can learn to rely solely on Him. He strips away our self-deception one layer at a time while we are hanging on the cross, eventually causing us to see ourselves as He does. Our egotism, inadequacy, and failures will soon be exposed. ‘Because there is no other way we will ever bear fruit, the cross is a place of brokenness but it is also a place that is necessary. We will be like a grain of wheat that is never planted and never grows if we cling to our lives and refuse to embark on this journey. However, those who voluntarily die to themselves will yield a great deal of spiritual fruit. We must allow ourselves to be crucified if we are to allow Christ to live through us.
Are you prepared to travel the path of the cross alongside Him? Yes, it hurts, but the benefits—both in this life and in eternity—far outweigh any pain you may endure.

Jesus gave his life to save you. By seeking His pardon for your sins, you can be saved. He is ready to pardon you if you are willing to turn from your sin. Whatever you have done in the past, if you call out to Jesus in prayer for forgiveness, He will not turn you away (1 John 1:9). ( Salvation messages By Apostle Joshua Selman )
Repent literally translates as “to turn away from.” You must examine your actions, recognize that you are a sinner, sincerely desire to repent of your transgressions, and ask God for forgiveness. He guarantees to pardon you if you do this. True Christianity has nothing to do with what church you go to, how your parents brought you up, or where you were born.
A Christian is someone who has a close relationship with Jesus Christ and accepts Him as their Savior. You must personally know Jesus; it isn’t enough if your priest, pastor, mother, or aunt does. You must have faith in Him for yourself; they cannot believe in Him for you. ( Salvation messages By Apostle Joshua Selman )
You must repent on your own behalf because they cannot do it for you. Jesus is constantly present everywhere. If you ask Him to forgive you right now, He can hear you. Please give Him immediate control of your life. Never pass up this chance because time flies by so quickly. You can say something like this in prayer if you want to ask Jesus to be your Savior:
“I know that I have sin against you, Jesus. I am aware of the fact that I chose to sin, and I am solely accountable for it. I am aware that You will punish me, and that death would be a just punishment. I firmly believe that You, Jesus, died in my stead. Please pardon my sin. I am completely and solely relying on You because I am unable to cover or remove my sin. The only person who have power save me is jesus (you). I repent, reject my sin, and turn away from it. Come into my life, cleanse me of my sin, and teach me how to live a righteous life that pleases You.”
You are saved if you have prayed this. Now that God has fully pardoned you, you are a new creation and regarded as innocent. Welcome to God’s family! It is crucial that you begin to develop your relationship with Jesus. Like in any relationship, getting to know someone well requires spending a lot of time with them. The Bible is the best source of information on God.
You can start by choosing one of the Bible studies that are listed on our Calendar page. Finding a church that you can go to and where the Bible is taught is essential as well. This will give you the chance to speak with a pastor who can answer any questions you may have and to spend time with other Christians who can encourage you.
