Randomly transmitted truth does not produce results. To be useful, truth must be communicated in a comprehensive and sequential manner.

What Are Systems?
1. A system is a well-organized collection of pieces or components that work together to achieve a common purpose.
2) A system is a set of processes or regulations that regulate how something is done (also known as an organized approach to doing something).
Structure discusses the organization, or how things are put together, whereas systems discuss execution strategies. A growth process or result will not be sustainable unless and until it is systematized. In order to systematize a system, you must first make it predictable.
If you don’t systematize any element of your life, inconsistency is unavoidable. If you don’t have any routines or frameworks in place, emotions will govern your day.

What are Structures?
The word “structure” comes from the Latin word “structura,” which means “to assemble” or “to build.” As a result, structure refers to the organization of system components.
The Advantages of Systems and Structures:
1) Systems and structures enable all users to achieve the same or similar results.
2) The use of systems and structures reduces biases and attitudes.
3). Systems and structures enhance the longevity and durability of results. This involves everything from your spiritual life to your wealth.
4). Systems and structures facilitate replication and reproduction.
5). Systems and procedures provide a framework for commendation, correction, promotion, and relegation without prejudice or emotional intervention.
In our spiritual bond. God does not emotionally praise, correct, promote, or demote anyone; everything He does is for a reason.
Only when a foundation or standard is in place can positive compromises occur. Pains, challenges, and issues emerged in people’s lives and organizations as a result of the procedures not being systematized.
2(TWO) KINDS OF SYSTEMS IN YOUR LIFE ARE:
1. A set of values or a code of conduct.
2) A technique of operation based on your views and principles as an operational guide.
It’s difficult to systematize anything when you don’t understand why it exists.
To build effective systems and organizations,
THERE ARE SIX (6) QUESTIONS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER:
1) What am I doing here? (It’s a vision problem.)
You must specify your desired outcome or ultimate result in detail. It’s difficult to systematize anything if you don’t understand why it exists.
2) Who is it that will profit from my solutions?
There are some people who benefit from any vision or calling. It is critical to understand your target market. You need to determine who sent you and what is calling you.
3. What equipment will I need?
This refers to your skills, assets, and relationships. You can’t create systems unless you know what tools you’ll need; knowing what tools you’ll need will help you create the kind of structure that will move you forward.
4). Who is in charge of what?
This refers to the division of responsibilities. You will fail if you try to do everything on your own. Everyone involved must be given clearly defined responsibilities and roles.
5. What is the most important aspect of the vision to focus on now? 10:23 (Colossians)
This is a focused conversation. Seasons and times are important to God. He bases his work on the principle of emphasis. Understanding the season’s emphasis (in terms of God’s dealings in your life or in your business) is crucial for leaders.
6). What are the most important limitations, risks, and distractions to avoid? (1 Peter 5:8)
Create systems in your life to keep track of your progress and outcomes. One of the functions of systems and structure is to keep you focused on your values and principles. Recognizing your limitations, traps, and distractions is the first step in avoiding tragedy.
Individuals should be larger than systems so that the results are constant regardless of who is doing the work.
The majority of successful people write down what they need to succeed, then assign responsibilities.
When there is an increase in demand, it is crucial to outsource or assign certain tasks so that you may concentrate on the most critical tasks.
When it comes to your ascension, systems may safeguard you in ways you never anticipated. It gives you the ability to say no to things that are pleasant but not beneficial to your life.
A code of conduct governs your activities, while a code of operation governs your behavior.
You must build a code of conduct (your character) and a code of operation (how you do things) around your life and in your organization out of the six questions given.
You Must Ask Yourself?
